The stylish FinePix Z100fd from Fujifilm is available in four colours including pink, silver, brown and black. With an impressive 5x optical zoom and 8 megapixel sensor, the Z100 fd isn't just a nice looking compact camera, but is also equipped with the latest in digital camera technology.
At just 19.8mm thick, the FinePix Z100 fd is one of the slimmest cameras on the market, especially considering it's fitted with a 5x optical zoom for distinct close ups without quality loss.
There is a larger than average 2.7 inch LCD display on the Fuji Z100 fd. This makes it easy to navigate through the menus and preview shots. You can even view up to 100 images at once using the micro thumbnail view unique to the Z100fd. LCD brightness is adjustable to ensure you don't waste battery power, and also ensure visibility in bright conditions.
The Fujifilm FinePix Z100fd has adjustable ISO sensitivity settings. You can select from ISO 200 to ISO 1600 for capturing shots in low light conditions without using the flash. This also helps to prevent blur from occurring.
Up to ten faces in a single frame are detected by the Fujifilm Z100 fd, then white balance, exposure and focus are adjusted automatically to optimise the image around the people. Furthermore, the Z100fd has red-eye removal for excellent portrait and group shots.
There is an intelligent flash mode featured on the FinePix Z100fd. When selected, the camera will take two shots in quick succession. One with, and one without the flash. You can then view both images side by side and choose which one to keep. This is a handy feature for when you're unsure whether the flash is needed.
There is an image stabiliser system on the Z100, to prevent blur from handshake or object movement. In addition, there are 16 scene modes to choose from to help capture the moment as perfectly as possible. The Fujifilm Z100fd will automatically adjust settings depending on which mode is selected.
