Water proof to depths of up to 3 metres for 2 hours, the 10 megapixel Fujifilm FinePix Z33WP is an ideal compact camera for the adventure seeking photographer.
Not only is the FinePix Z33fd extremely practical, it also has an elegant design which comes in four colours: black, green, blue and pink. Furthermore, the Fuji Z33WP is packed with technology to ensure you capture that perfect outdoor activity moment.
There is a 3x optical and 5.7x digital zoom for quality close ups, together with a picture stabilisation mode to ensure blur-free images. The Fujifilm Z33WP will automatically increase its ISO sensitivity to help reduce camera shake and freeze subject movement.
Face detection technology and red-eye removal are also featured on the FinePix Z33WP. The camera can detect up to 10 faces in a frame and automatically adjust white balance, focus and exposure to best capture the portraits. Red-eye removal works after the shot has been taken and removes the effects of red-eye with on-camera processing.
Advanced self-timer functions like group timer and couple timer are included on the Fuji Z33 WP. You can choose how many people are going to be in the frame, then the Z33WP will wait until it detects that number of faces before taking the shot.
For simple point and shoot operation, the Z33 has smart scene recognition mode. Simply select SR AUTO and let the camera detect the ambient conditions, then automatically select one of six optimised modes, adjusting shutter speed, exposure and white balance to capture the perfect shot.
Alternatively, you can manually select one of 14 pre-programmed scenes including: Natural Light, Natural Light & with Flash, Manual, Anti-blur, Successive movie SP: Underwater, Auction, Portrait, Landscape, Sport, Night, Night (Tripod), Sunset, Snow, Beach, Museum, Party, Flower and Text.
If you want to capture movies, the Fujifilm FinePix Z33WP can record in both 640 X 480 pixels at 30 frames/sec or 320 X 240 pixels at 30 frames/sec with monaural sound, in AVI format.
